The spike motif was introduced in 2012 and is a relatively new motif. Creator Richard Stark’s daughter, Jessie Jo Stark, developed the spike motif. The goal of the design was to come up with a new motif because Jessie believed the old Chrome Hearts motifs had become a little stale.

The outcome is a bold and creative spike motif that not only highlights the silver’s innate beauty but also produces a tremendous emotion that is difficult to put into words.
